“I had my ACL reconstruction surgery in Jan’ 21 after I tore my ACL while skiing in Dec’ 20. I love adventures, hiking and the mountains. After several months of rehabilitation, I was able to visit my home country Nepal and hike to see the Himalayas! ACL reconstruction surgery recovery is certainly not a joke…it requires a lot of motivation, patience, focus and perseverance, and definitely a great surgeon…thanks to Dr. Allen and his team who have guided me in this process. I continue to exercise and hope to hike to one of the Himalayan base camps soon.”
